The following policies, taken together, govern your use of Nxera. By completing a checkout, submitting an intake, or using the Services, you agree to all of them. Bundle version: 7.0.

Services covered: Free Competitive Scan, Repeat Customer System (US$99 per month), Service Agreement Program (US$249 per month).

Quick reference

Terms of Service: the master agreement. Both subscriptions are flat monthly fees with no setup fee, no minimum term, and no lock-in; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Service Agreement Program member payments run on your own Stripe account and Nxera takes 0% of plan revenue. Every customer message waits for your review before it goes out. Includes the disclaimers, the liability cap, and the arbitration provisions.
Privacy Policy: how we collect, use, and protect personal data, including free scan data, lead data, your customer list, your plan members' data, and Google Analytics 4 on our marketing pages.
Acceptable Use Policy: what you can and cannot use the Services for, including the consent and review rules for messages sent in your name.
Refund Policy: monthly fees are non-refundable once charged; no money-back window and no partial-month refunds; the narrow events that do qualify.
Cookie Policy: the cookies on our sites, the portal, and plan pages, and your choices.
Data Processing Addendum: applicable when Nxera processes your customer list and member records on your behalf.
DMCA / Copyright Policy: how to report copyright infringement.
Sub-processors: the providers that process data on Nxera's behalf.

Updates

We may update these policies from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The current bundle version is 7.0.
