What we do with your list

We store it to send the messages that go out in your name. Nothing else.

We never sell or share it

We do not sell, rent or trade your customer data, and we do not use it to market to your customers on our own behalf.

Every message is yours

Messages go out in your business name from our sending domain, and each one waits for the review window you set before it sends.

Consent and opt-outs

We only message customers you tell us have consented. Every message carries one-click unsubscribe, and an opt-out takes effect immediately across every message we send for you.

Export and deletion

Export your full list from the portal at any time. You can delete it from the portal too, and when you do, the list and its message history go immediately. Four things stay behind: our own record that a message was sent, which is how we show we followed the rules, and which keeps the address it was sent to; a one-way fingerprint of anyone who unsubscribed, so they can never be mailed by mistake later; a one-way fingerprint of each address that was sent your plan invite, so nobody gets it a second time if you upload the same list again; and our routine backups, which roll off within 90 days.
